Suited to Small to Medium Events

A lot of pizza caterers will only serve high-capacity events, providing a small menu selection with limited flexibility to allow for a high-volume service at a fast pace. To maintain our high-quality product and service, we are happy to cater for smaller, more intimate events and allow greater offerings and flexibility in our service.


Traditional, Authentic Dough Recipe

Both of our pizza doughs are made using traditional authentic recipes and the empirical formula of 55 to achieve a flavoursome, digestible dough that makes a beautiful, puffy, soft and crunchy cornicione (crust).

We use the gold standard in pizza flour as approved by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) who define the rules of Neapolitan pizza. Our dough recipes are traditional and make a fragrant and digestible dough which is soft and crunchy when cooked in our premium pizza oven.


Hand Selected Ingredients

Our quality ingredients are hand selected by our team of tasters to ensure they deliver exactly the flavours as intended.

We use a “Best Taste” award winning fior di latte mozzarella. Our tomato sauce is made from sun-ripened San Marzano D.O.P (Protected Designation of Origin) tomatoes grown in the Sarnese Nocerino area of Naples. All of the carefully selected ingredients along with our passion come together to provide an exceptional pizza experience.

What areas do you cover?

We cater to events in the Midlands area and will consider events beyond this region. Mileage over 15 miles is chargeable.

Do you allow alterations to your menus?

Yes, as we want to deliver you the perfect experience, we are more than happy to alter our menus to your needs. If you want to a truly unique pizza, our bespoke menu service will be the ideal opportunity to work with our passionate Italian pizza chef to transform your vision into a pizza.

What’s included with your service?

We provide a buffet-style service of up to five pizza choices from your chosen menu, with complimentary eco-friendly compostable plates, napkins and an infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil selection. The Contemporary menu allows your five pizza choices across both Contemporary and Classic menu.

What’s the difference between the menus?

The Classic menu offers classic Italian pizza combinations which are loved by all and is served on with our classic 24 hour slow proofed dough recipe, giving you the trademark soft but crunchy and airy crust of Neapolitan style pizza. The Contemporary menu provides gourmet pizza combinations with a more fragrant dough which is slow proofed for 48 hours and requires greater skill and experience to handle, paired perfectly with gourmet ingredients to indulge your senses. 

Do you provide Vegan options?

Yes, some of our pizzas are Vegan by tradition and others may be altered to be Vegan through ingredient substitution, although this may not be possible for all menu items. Please speak to our team to discuss how we can meet your dietary needs.

Do you provide Gluten free pizza?

For the safety of Celiac customers, we cannot guarantee a complete flour free environment and so are unable to provide this in order to not pose any risk to health.

What space do you need?

A standard parking space (2.4m x 4.8) will be needed close to the venue location for our vehicle. We provide a fully equipped outdoor pizza kitchen which needs a 3m x 3m space on a flat level surface.
