Pizza 33 is about more than pizza — it’s about sharing a feeling, a memory, and a way of life.

I’m Italian, and food has always been at the centre of my life. Growing up, pizza wasn’t just something to eat — it was how family and friends came together, how stories were shared, and how time slowed down around the table. That love for food, and in particular Neapolitan pizza, is what inspired me to create Pizza 33 and bring that same experience to events here in the UK.

Everything we do is rooted in tradition and care. Our Neapolitan-style dough is made fresh in-house for every event and slow-proved for flavour and digestibility. Each pizza is stretched by hand, topped with carefully selected Italian ingredients, and cooked on site by our Italian pizza chef in our woodfired oven, right in front of your guests.

Pizzas are served continuously from our custom-built woodfired mini (kei) pizza truck — the first of its kind in the UK — creating a relaxed, social atmosphere that draws people together. Whether it’s an intimate celebration, a wedding or a larger gathering, we don’t just serve food; we create an experience that feels warm, authentic and memorable.

Pizza 33 is intentionally focused on small to medium gatherings, where the food, service and overall experience can be tailored to the occasion.

Rather than operating as a high-volume caterer for huge-scale events, we focus on the types of bookings where our style works best: occasions that value quality over volume, flexibility over standardisation, and a more personal feel.


Inspired by the traditional street-food culture of Sicily, our cannoli bar allows guests to watch crisp shells being filled fresh to order with sweet ricotta cream and finished with toppings.

We also offer a range of other desserts including sweet pizzas, Tiramisu and Panna Cotta.


We use a “Best Taste” award winning fior di latte mozzarella. Our tomato sauce is made from sun-ripened San Marzano D.O.P (Protected Designation of Origin) tomatoes grown in the Sarnese Nocerino area of Naples. All of the carefully selected ingredients along with our passion come together to provide an exceptional pizza experience.


Our pizza doughs are made using traditional authentic recipes and the empirical formula of 55 to achieve a flavoursome, digestible dough that makes a beautiful, puffy, soft and crunchy cornicione (crust).

We use the gold standard in pizza flour as approved by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) who define the rules of Neapolitan pizza. Our dough recipes are traditional and make a fragrant and digestible dough which is soft and crunchy when cooked in our premium pizza oven.


Every pizza we serve is inspired by traditional techniques from Naples.

Our dough is prepared in advance and slow-proved to create a light, flavourful and highly digestible base with the soft, airy crust associated with authentic Neapolitan-style pizza.
